Welcome to RoyalMoments Events. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at royalmoments.in and the engagement of our wedding and event planning services. Please read these Terms carefully before booking or using our services.

By making a booking, signing a service agreement, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • Have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • Accept all terms, conditions, and policies stated herein

2. Services Offered

RoyalMoments Events provides comprehensive wedding and event planning services including, but not limited to:

  • Full wedding planning and coordination
  • Destination wedding management
  • Decoration and theme design
  • Catering coordination and management
  • Venue scouting and management
  • Photography and entertainment coordination
  • On-day event management

The exact scope of services for your event will be defined in a separate Service Agreement signed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Service Agreement and the required advance payment. Verbal commitments or email confirmations do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3.2 Advance Payment

  • Silver Package: 30% advance (₹45,000) at booking
  • Gold Package: 30% advance (₹1,05,000) at booking
  • Platinum Package: 25% advance (₹2,00,000) at booking
  • Custom Services: Advance amount as mutually agreed and stated in the Service Agreement

3.3 Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is to be paid in installments as defined in the Service Agreement. Final payment must be cleared no later than 7 days before the event date.

3.4 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, cheques drawn in favour of "RoyalMoments Events". All payments must reference the booking ID.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@royalmoments.in. The following refund schedule applies:

  • More than 90 days before event: 80% of advance refunded
  • 60–89 days before event: 50% of advance refunded
  • 30–59 days before event: 25% of advance refunded
  • Less than 30 days before event: No refund

Any third-party vendor payments already made (venue deposits, catering advances, etc.) are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline.

4.2 Postponements

A one-time date change may be accommodated at no additional charge if requested 60+ days before the original event date, subject to vendor and team availability. Changes within 60 days may incur additional fees.

4.3 Cancellation by RoyalMoments Events

In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies, force majeure), we will provide a full refund of all fees paid to us. We will not be liable for third-party vendor charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for planning
  • Respond to communication within 48 hours during active planning stages
  • Make payments on the agreed schedule
  • Obtain necessary permissions, licences, or NOCs required for the event venue
  • Ensure guests comply with venue rules and regulations
  • Designate a point-of-contact for day-of coordination

6. Scope of Work and Changes

Any changes to the agreed scope of services after signing the Service Agreement must be requested in writing. Additional services or changes may result in additional charges. RoyalMoments Events will provide a written estimate for any scope additions before proceeding.

7. Vendor and Venue Relationships

RoyalMoments Events works with a network of trusted vendors. While we carefully vet all vendors, we act as a coordinator and facilitator. Individual vendor contracts may need to be signed directly by the client. We are not liable for failures, delays, or misconduct by third-party vendors, though we will make every effort to resolve such issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • RoyalMoments Events' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for services rendered
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.)
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or losses at the event venue

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design concepts, is the intellectual property of RoyalMoments Events. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

By sharing photos or testimonials with us, you grant RoyalMoments Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them for marketing purposes (portfolio, social media, website), unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the planning process. RoyalMoments Events will not disclose your personal or event details to third parties except as necessary for service delivery.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
