Wedding Planning

How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for large weddings, and a minimum of 3 months for smaller events. Peak wedding season (October to February) gets booked very quickly, so earlier is always better. Contact us as soon as you have a date in mind!

What is included in a full wedding planning package?

Our full planning packages cover venue selection, theme and décor design, catering coordination, photography, entertainment, vendor management, guest coordination, and full day-of supervision. Specific inclusions depend on the package — Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Visit our Packages page for detailed breakdowns.

Can you work within a limited budget?

Absolutely. We believe every couple deserves a beautiful wedding regardless of budget constraints. During our initial consultation, we discuss your budget openly and honestly, and help you prioritise where to invest for maximum impact. Our Silver Package starts at just ₹1.5 Lakh.

Do you handle all pre-wedding functions too?

Yes! We cover all pre-wedding celebrations including Engagement, Roka, Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, and Cocktail Party. Our Gold and Platinum packages automatically include Mehendi and Sangeet. Pre-wedding functions can also be booked as separate add-ons.

Venues & Destination Weddings

Do you plan destination weddings outside of Gurugram?

Yes! We plan destination weddings across India — Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and beyond. We also coordinate international destination weddings upon request. Our Platinum package includes dedicated destination wedding support with a local on-ground team at the destination.

How do you select a wedding venue?

We start by understanding your requirements — guest count, preferred location, indoor vs outdoor preference, and budget. We then shortlist 3–5 venues that best match your criteria, arrange site visits, and help you negotiate the best rates. We have strong relationships with premium venues across India.

Can you arrange accommodation for out-of-town guests?

Absolutely. We coordinate group accommodation bookings at hotels near the venue, negotiate group rates, and manage room blocks for your guests. This is particularly important for destination weddings where accommodation is integral to the entire experience.

Pricing & Payments

What is your payment structure?

We work with a 3-instalment structure: 30% advance booking fee, 40% one month before the event, and the final 30% on the wedding day. We accept all payment methods including bank transfer, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, cheque, and demand draft.

Are there any hidden charges?

Transparency is one of our core values. Once we agree on a package, we provide a detailed itemised contract with absolutely no hidden charges. Any changes or additions requested during planning are discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

Can we customise a package to suit our specific needs?

All our packages are fully customisable. We can add or remove services based on your specific needs — increase guest count, include additional functions, or focus spend on specific elements like photography or entertainment. Our consultants will build the perfect plan for you.

Day-of Experience & Vendors

How do you handle unexpected issues on the wedding day?

We have a detailed crisis management protocol. Our experienced on-day team always arrives with backup plans for weather, vendor delays, technical failures, and any other contingencies. We handle problems quietly and efficiently — you and your guests will never know if anything went slightly off-plan.

Can we bring our own vendors?

You're absolutely welcome to use your own preferred vendors — family caterers, a specific photographer, or a particular florist. We'll coordinate with them seamlessly and integrate them into the overall plan. Our job is to make everything work together beautifully.
