Everything you need to know before booking

How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for large weddings, and 3–6 months for smaller, intimate events. Popular dates (especially winter season Nov–Feb) fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.

What does your wedding planning package include?

Our packages vary, but generally include venue selection, décor design, catering coordination, vendor management, photography recommendations, and full day-of coordination. Check our Packages page for detailed inclusions.

Do you plan destination weddings outside of Gurugram?

Absolutely! We plan destination weddings across India — Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, Himachal Pradesh — and we can also coordinate international weddings. Our Gold and Platinum packages include destination wedding support.

Can you work within our budget?

Yes! We believe every couple deserves a beautiful wedding regardless of budget. During the initial consultation, we discuss your budget openly and create a plan that maximises value while delivering the experience you dream of.

How do you handle unexpected issues on the wedding day?

Our experienced coordination team anticipates and prepares for contingencies. We always have backup plans for weather, vendor no-shows, and technical issues. You'll never know if something goes wrong because we handle it seamlessly.

Do you provide services for pre-wedding events like Mehendi and Sangeet?

Yes! Our Gold and Platinum packages cover all pre-wedding functions including Engagement, Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, and Reception. We also offer à la carte services for individual events.

What is the payment structure?

We typically work with a 3-installment structure: 30% booking advance, 40% one month before the event, and 30% on the day of the event. We accept all payment methods including bank transfer, UPI, and cheque.

Can we customise a package to suit our specific needs?

Absolutely! All our packages are fully customisable. We can add or remove services, scale up the guest list, or focus on specific elements. Just tell us your priorities and we'll build the perfect package for you.

Do you have preferred vendors or can we bring our own?

We have a trusted network of 200+ vetted vendors. However, you're welcome to bring your own vendors — caterers, photographers, or DJs. We coordinate with them seamlessly to ensure everything works together perfectly.
