Online bookings represent preference requests. Slots are fully reserved only after a verbal confirmation call from our salon desk. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your slots.
Cancellations or modifications to booking timings must be made at least 4 hours before the slot. No cancellation fees apply, but repeat delays may restrict online scheduling options.
To ensure a peaceful and serene experience for all visitors, we request clients keep cellphones on silent inside massage rooms.
Services availed are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with a hair color shade or nail paint design, notify us before exiting, and we will adjust it for you free of charge.
